Description: This original photograph of a Birch car is very rare from the info I have found online. I have not been able to find another photo of the Birch, only the pictures of ads that it was featured in (I have added a pic of one of these ads...ad is NOT included in the sale of the photo.) The Birch car was sold mainly through magazine ads and was by direct mail order, not through dealerships. The first Birch was a 19.6 hp 4-cyclinder touring model and came out in 1916, followed by a roadster in 1917. In the photo, the emblem is actually quite large displaying the BIRCH name and it appears that the triangular Birch emblem is also right under the radiator although that is hard to make out in the photo. This photo measures 4 1/2" X 3" and is in very good shape (The white diagonal piece was placed by me to prevent copies of the photo from being made.) The only issue with the photo are several black spots, 3 on the top of the garage and a line and spot in the upper right sky. These is writing on the back but I simply can not make out any of the words except "Garage" and "Kansas." Shipping to the contiguous US only, thanks.
