Description: Antique RIDGEWAYS Porcelain English decorative plate - Mission San Diego de Alcala, 7 7/8” C 1890 Material: Porcelain with glossy finish Width: 7 7/8 inches Beautifully crafted antique collector plate from RIDGEWAYS of England features Mission San Diego de Alcala, a historic landmark in San Diego, California. This is the first of the great California missions. Produced c1890 in England, the historical plate is perfect for display in any home or office setting ~ a great addition to collections of the California missions, and the history of San Diego, California. Condition: VERY GOOD, NO chips, cracks, fading or restoration There is minor crazing on front (inside image area) and on backside. There is a small (approx 1/8") edge depression on the gilded edge of the plate - this is not a chip and appears to be from the factory (please see photo).
