Description: 2" x 2" duplicate color slide (very light wear) of San Francisco 49ers running back Roger Craig along with Atlanta Falcons free safety Bret Clark, line backer Aundray Bruce and others in action on 9/18/1988. The Falcons won this one 34-17 but the 49ers went on to win Super Bowl XXIII against the Cincinnati Bengals. Photo was taken by famous sports photographer Mickey Pfleger. While photographing a Chiefs v 49ers game in 2000, Pfleger was knocked out on the sidelines in a collision with Chiefs tight end Tony Gonzales. The MRI revealed no injury from the collision but did reveal a brain tumor - the massive hit actually saved his life by forcing a brain scan! He died in 2010 at the age of 61.
