This is the brand new, very limited edition, Japanese import of the 40th anniversary of this classic album. Originally remastered in 2015, it was released in Japan this year, and here it is. The CD itself has never been played nor has it even been popped out of the plastic holder. Now that's new! The plastic is not on it anymore, so obviously it is not sealed, but it is new, and it was taken apart to be photographed for this listing so the potential buyer can see everything inside. Also please inspect the photographs carefully; there is a very small tear on the top right of the little inner booklet. Also another small tear on the bottom left of the same little booklet. Both of these have been clearly photographed so no one can say it is not as advertised. On the back of the original plastic case there is also a small crack in the middle.
