The unique, banded stone is likely a type of serpentine called ricolite. This large, 26 x 28mm triangular cabochon is displayed in an inobtrusive handmade setting of braided Sterling silver and affixed to a strong Sterling band! This gorgeous ring is stamped “STERLING” in the band. It is likely Zuni or Navajo in origin. This ring is likely a vintage piece, made during the mid 20th Century!
