I never dreamedof having this honor bestowed upon me, and count it a sincereprivilege and a joy to write a few words about the album andthe quartet.In my opinion, the album is long overdue. The group composedof husband and wife, and father and daughter team has beensinging praises to the Lord in churches, revivals, homecomings,benefit programs, and funerals for the past seven years, andalso fulfilling their obligations at their home church. I, person-ally, know their primary concern as singers has been to praiseGod, bless hearts of other Christians, and present Jesus Christin song and testimony to a lost and dying world--not seekingpopularity or to become recording artists.The complete sum of my formal knowledge of music could bestated in one word-none. I can’t read the first note and coulddo less in trying to sing it. For this reason, I can’t give youa truthful statement on how precise each individual performshis or her part. However, there is something I DO know, andthat is the pleasant sound and the presence of the Spirit of aLiving God.
