The correct total of pieces is 127. The correct color count is 36 red, 36 black, 30 yellow and 25 blue which matches the rulebook gameplay amount for each player count. Each player gets 36 pieces in a 2 player game, 30 pieces in a 3 player game and 25 pieces each in a 4 player game. Also Included are extra player pieces(20 green and 16 orange) for you to play with 5 or 6 players. Not official gameplay but you can each play with 20 pieces if playing with 5 players and 16 pieces each if playing with 6.
