Description: "Thy Rocks and Rills" is a vintage 1970 print of the painting by artist Maxfield Parrish. Maxfield Parrish (1870-1966) was an American painter and illustrator active in the first half of the 20th century. Parrish helped shape the Golden Age of illustration and American Visual Arts. He is known for his paintings with distinctive saturated hues, whimsical mythological scenes, beauty and imagination. "Thy Rocks and Rills" was also named "The Old Mill". "Thy Rocks and Rills" was reproduced on textured canvas in the 1970's by the Brown & Bigelow Calendar Company. It is approximately 14" x 18" in overall size and 12" x 15.75" in image size.
