Description: Offering this amazing set of four vintage Tiffin Franciscan Rambler Rose Tall Champagne/Sherbet glasses. These blown glasses feature optic glass bowls that sit atop sleek straight stems. The glasses are nicely footed to minimize spills. The bowls are encircled with encrusted gold rims with an embossed rose and leaf design. There are fine brilliant gold lines that are below the rose design and around the foot of the glass that are completely intact. The glasses are 5 3/8 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches in diameter. They hold a generous 6 ounces to the rims. There are no chips, cracks, stains, utensil markings, or signs of surface wear. There is a slight patina to the encrusted gold rims that appears with age. They would regain a more brilliant gold luster with cleaning. The patina finish enhances the value of the glasses. I did not retouch since it is a personal preference. I believe these glasses to have seen little use and gentle care and I consider them to be in excellent. I would recommend hand washing to maintain the quality and appearance of these glasses. #6204 FRC
