Plush are machine washed (unless they have tags that can be damaged) and stored in sealed containers, with dryer sheets to prevent odors. Also, plush may be shipped in a polymer bag, at our discretion. All items need to be paid for within 3 days of listing ending, (buy it date) or the order will be cancelled, without notice, unless prior arrangements have been made. We provide prompt shipping in ONE Business Day, International shipments will pay actual shipping costs, or included in the Global Shipping Program. Items purchased on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped first thing Monday. (Unless it’s a holiday, then it will ship on next business day) Auctions with the same winning bidder will have a discounted shipping rate applied on the final invoice. The shipping cost of an auction is part of the auction price, which includes shipping, processing fees and will not be discounted to the actual shipping cost, if there might be a difference.
