Description: This listing is for a Vintage 1960s Slingerland 14x5 8 Lug Chrome over Steel (COS) Snare Drum Shell, Niles IL Badge, has crimped snare beds. The 576041 serial number dates this shell to the late 1960s. This shell came off of a vintage 1960s Slingerland Steel Sound King Snare Drum that I’m parting out. It is 100% functional, no dents, badge has not been tampered with, in very good cosmetic condition (see pics). It is originally factory drilled for; - 8 Sound King lugs (2 & 1/4” hole spacing) - Rapid Throw Off (2 & 1/2” hole spacing) - Butt End Plate (2” hole spacing) - Muffler This listing is for the Shell with Badge ONLY.
