Description: VINTAGE 1950s ERA, DESIGNER SIGNED B&F BADEN & FOSS, NEW YORK USA, 10K YELLOW GOLD WITH DIAMOND ACCENT, ART DECO DESIGNED, PERSONALLY ENGRAVED INITIALS "JBZ" MONOGRAM, SIGNET BAND RING IN A US SIZE 6.75 or 6-3/4, SETTING AREA MEASURES 7/16" x 5/16", SHANK IS 3/32" WIDE, TOTAL WEIGHT OF 2.6 GRAMS It is personally monogrammed on the top with the initials JBZ, otherwise, it shows light wear from use and handling, including minor surface marks and scratches. It has been gently hand polished and ultrasonic cleaned in a mild dish soap, and it has nice shine, and is very clean. It is straight and round, not bent out of shape, diamond accent has nice clarity, has no other personal monograms or engravings, with no major issues at all. It is hallmarked on the inside 10K and the stylized B&F, mark for historic and listed fine jeweler, Baden & Foss of New York. Stone was tested with a Gemlogis Ciel tester and confirms diamond. Band was measured with a professional ring mandrel at a US size 6.75 or 6-3/4. HISTORICAL FOOTNOTE: The last photo shown was taken from a 1943 edition of a Jewelry Trademark catalog, and completely documents this mark and maker.
