Description: I think This is a Vintage Cast Iron DUTTON-LAINSON Hastings Nebraska wagon Hitch. It is marked Dutton-Lainson Hastings Nebraska Pat No 2529688. I think it is marked model 5–7. I think you put it over a trailer frame or wagon frame and adjust it to grip the frame and then tighten it. It looks like it adjusts from around 6” to under 3”. I’m not really sure but that’s what it looks like to me. It is very well-made of heavy cast-iron. It weighs over 7 pounds. Thanks for looking.
