Description: You are viewing a beautiful Clear Glass Bowl with Scalloped Edge, Paneled Sides, and Starburst Bottom. This measures 8 1/2" across the top, 4" deep, and 6 1/2" across the base. This reminds me of several of the Fostoria glass pieces I have seen but I do not know the maker or age of this piece. It has a floral or starburst in the middle of the bottom that is surrounded by a large design with pointed edges. Each of these have a rib going up the side of the bowl making the sides look paneled. These end in a scalloped edge / rim. This is a very pretty bowl that can be used for serving or mixing but would also make a great centerpiece or salad bowl. There are a couple slightly rough spots along the rim but there are no chips, cracks, scratches, etc. I am not an expert on glassware. I always try to describe my items to the best of my ability.
