Condition: Covers show some wear: nick at lower spine corner, small tear in middle of lower edge of rear panel, heavy creases on front panel plus a few smaller ones, some rubbing on the spine folds, outer corners slightly rounded; page edges lightly soiled but unmarked. A bunch of inked scribbles on the first cover page (actually, not scribbles, but a date, name and address written in mirrored block letters, probably by a child.) Penciled seller note on the first cover page. Otherwise, inner pages are clean, tight, and unmarked; toning as expected with this type of paper (light brown.) Two pages have creased corners. Some spotting on the insides of both covers.
