This signal is used and in "off the street" condition, and shows signs of wear, has dirt, etc. This signal features great patina on the exterior, full-circle visors, and full set of GE DR-4 LEDs. The LEDs have been tested and work; note: a small section on the green module is beginning to fail, as it flickers when illuminated, however the rest of the module performs well.
