Description: This item is a vintage GI Joe ARAH 1983 S.E.A.L. Torpedo figure sealed mint on original card. The 34 back offerless card shows light shelf/storage wear, much less than what is typical for its age. The only real condition issue I can see with it is a few staple holes. The colors are sharp and bright however. It lies perfectly flat. The punch tab is still firmly in place. The bubble is clear and free of cracks. It is firmly sealed to the card on all sides. Figure appears to be in excellent condition with no obvious condition issues. The O-ring is in tact. This is the swivel arm version. File card is the pink version. I will pack item in well padded oversized box. Star case will be included. Please ask any questions or make specific pic request before purchasing. While not likely a candidate for graded it still makes for a nice display piece on a very difficult figure to find these days. USA shipping will be 15$
