Description: This listing is for a vintage 1990 Hasbro Mint on card Action Figure on 22 Back card with Universal Studios Offer sticker. The card is in good condition showing light storage/shelf wear that is typical for its age. The surface is clean with bright/sharp colors. There is a chip and crease on the bottom left corner. The figure bubble and accessory bubble are clear and free of cracks. There is a dent/ding on the right side of the figure bubble where it looks like the arm of the figure pushed out. I tried to capture this in closeup pics. It is sealed firmly to the card on all sides. Figure has in tact O-ring appears to be in excellent condition. Overall makes for a beautiful display piece.
