Yes, the watch has a one jewel movement. The watch is 34 mm diameter, 11 mm thick, and has 17 mm space between the lugs. The stem pulls out and the time can be adjusted, the date advances properly. When you attempt wind the watch, it does not accept the wind, it simply unwinds. However, if you take the back off, and you put your thumb on the winding gear and the gear next to it, it will wind and run. I believe it is called a "pawl" that seems to not slip into place correctly when winding the watch. When you manually move the pawl into place, the watch appears to run properly.
