Vintage Lava Lite 8403 Midnight Lava Lamp

Description: Vintage Lava Lite 8403 Midnight Lava Lamp - Blue / White This vintage screw-top Lava Lite Midnight is very nice! This lamp includes the collectable original outer and inner boxes. Lava Flow Condition / Behavior: The lava in this lamp is in very good condition. The lamp shows only minor signs of fading and has a really nice creamy flow! Please see pictures to examine lava behavior. Globe Base: Midnight (black) colored base and plastic screw cap. Overall the base is in very good condition. There are a few minor scratches and a tiny little "dimple" on the edge of the base bowl where the globe sits. I tried to take pictures which showed these imperfections. Please see pictures to examine base and cap condition. Lava Globe Glass condition: The glass condition is overall very good. There are several little areas of small scratches around the bottom of the globe near where it sits in the base. There is a bit of a scratch a bit of a rub mark, but its SUPER hard to photograph. There is also a minor scratch near the top of the globe near where the top cap sits. Please see pictures to examine glass globe condition. Lava Globe Coil Condition: Coil appears to be in great shape and functions properly. Note on the Bulb: This lamp will come with a FROSTED A15 bulb. This lamp responded very well with a frosted bulb. Note on Pictures: All of my pictures are taken against a white background. Only when seen against a white background can you tell the clarity of the fluid and the hue of the lava colors. I want to make sure anyone who buys a lamp from me knows exactly what they are getting. Shipping Note: Shipping any lava lamp will temporarily make the lava globe liquid cloudy. This is caused by the cold lava hitting the sides of the glass bottle in transit. The way I pack a lamp minimizes this, however I cannot control how package carriers handle the package in transit. Please be sure to use the lamp right away after receiving. If there is a problem with your lamp please contact me right away. If I do not hear back from you within a week of receiving the lamp I will assume you are happy with it. If there are issues, I will assist in troubleshooting.
