Description: Vintage LOT of Two (2) BUTCHER'S KNIVESThe Butchers Steel was used in a local Butcher Shop for 55+ years ... closed in the 80's.Both Knives were sharpened & used by the local butcher.The Lot includes the following:1. Black Handled Knife marked in part: "NATIONAL SANITATION FOUNDATION nsf VICTORINOX EXTRA QUALITY STAINLESS MADE IN SWITZERLAND 1802-8". Approximate Measurements: 12.5" L over-all. Blade: 7" L.2, Brown Handled Knife is unmarked. Approximate Measurements: 10.5" L over-all. Blade: 5.5" L. USED CONDITION: There are the normal scruffs & scratches to the Butcher's Knives due to use & storage. Both knives have knife marks on the handles. There is some food residue on the blades.
