Description: Vintage Mid Century 1951 Decanter Bottle Pirates Ship Owens-Illinois 12" Tikki 3” x 3” x 12” 1 lb 5.8 oz Neat old empty glass decanter with stopper. This has a pirate, his ship, treasure, all the hallmarks of illustrations you might find on a rum bottle. You could probably still use this for liquor or just as decor. I believe it was made by the Owens-Illinois company originally based in Toledo, Ohio. Toledo was known as the "Glass Capital of the World". Fun fact, Michael J. Owens developed the first automated bottle making machine along with Edward Libbey (Libbey Glass) and William E. Bock in the early 1900's. There is slight wear from age and use but I can't find any damage. Please see pictures for condition detail. I refund shipping if it's less than estimated.
