No returns. No refunds. No partial refunds. **************************************************************** All pieces included, nothing missing. All pieces are in good cosmetic condition. No broken or missing pieces. The problem: Santa does not climb. The reason: could be a couple of issues. 1. I've seen videos of this item working and in those videos both of Santa's legs need to move in order for the climb to happen. On this model only ONE of Santa's legs moves. 2. This next one is tricky, the red drum at the bottom turns (although in a video I saw online the drum was not turning but Santa was still able to climb?). In this model the drum turn but only sometimes and makes excessive noise like a gear is grinding. That (and Santa not being able to climb because of issue #1 above) causes the entire unit to go into reset mode and you need to press the reset button to get it started again. Well that's the problem. Perhaps someone can fit this or just use the parts which are rare themselves. Let me know if questions.
