Vintage Post WW2 AC Gilbert American Flyer S Scale #302 Steam Engine Freight Set

Description: Hello folks! Straight out of the woodwork! Up for sale is a beautiful 1950's American Flyer S gauge train set with lots of goodies. I got this from the original owner. Everything was very well kept. Engine was serviced by Doug Peck at Port Lines Hobby in Newburyport, Mass back in 2006. Engine runs, lights and smokes and has its original paper wrap. All cars have original boxes minus the wood log car which has no box. No missing steps on cars. Boxes are good minus a few separated box flaps. Switch tracks and control work well. There are 20 curve and 8 straight tracks plus an X track and the switches. Comes with track clips, lockons, uncouplers, track service kit, bridge, smoke fluid and funnel, power pack, paperwork, a light tower that I added ( Needs bulb and green lens ), etc. A real time capsule! Some small flaws like coupler mold, etc but nothing major considering the age of the set. This is a great collectors set! Judge for yourself. Sold as is as found. Thanks! PLEASE READ!
