Description: Missing glass on one side and has some stains to the white number plate, the other side glass has a crack in it. Metal also has some tarnishing on the sides. Also has some crack in the metal around the sides and is missing two screws on the bottom near the basket hook. Has quite a bit of rust and tarnishing from age. Scale appears to work but does not reset to 0 when not pulled on. Does not include the hanging plate/basket. Comes as pictured. Measures about 10 1/4" across be 2 1/2" deep, glass measures 8 3/4" Made in USA, capacity 30 lbs shelf 7 left
