Description: Vintage Syncros stem for 1" threadless forks. 100mm stem length, 25.4mm bar clamp. Comes with all clamping hardware and matching metal top cap. Does not come with top cap bolt. Scuffs and decal wear are present, see photos for cosmetic condition. There is some leftover scotch tape that was used to keep all the hardware together while in storage - I don't have the patience to scratch it all off, but it does not leave any marks.
