There was no damage to the print or paperwork**Print measures approx. 7" (H) x 4 1/4" (W) Public Domain Description from The Met: Kinryūsan Sensōji, the famous temple at Asakusa dedicated to the bodhisattva Kannon (Avalokiteshvara in Sanskrit), was the most popular venerable Buddhist temple in Edo. In this print, snow white is complemented by the reds of the temple's buildings, the gate, the large lantern, and even the label signed "painted by Hiroshige" in the lower right corner.
