Description: This is something that I believe belonged to my grandmother. Sorry, I don't know much about these things. It is metal, appears to be silver plated but is heavily tarnished. There are numerous marks and stains on the surface. Appears to be sturdy and still usable. Not sure where this was manufactured, the label on the bottom is not readable.
