Description: The first picture of the house is not my picture -- I found it on the internet and am using it to show you what the house is! This dollhouse came from an estate and was disassembled when I bought it -- I left it disassembled, so the buyer will have to assemble it! There are no instructions, but it looks fairly easy to figure out where each piece goes. Late 1940's - 1950'sT CohnTin LithoDoll House 6 Rooms It appears to be complete, except for the instructions! It was wrapped in newspapers from St. Louis dated in January 1957! When completed, it measures approximately 28" x 18". It had all of the windows & doors taped shut, so I left them that way! All of the tabs to assemble the doll house are in good condition. There is some surface issues on ground floor piece; as well as on the top of the chimney. The room has one area where it is slightly rippled. The roof had an abundance of dust on it, as it wasn't wrapped in newspapers like the rest of the pieces -- it has some spots on it. I didn't not scrub the roof, so I don't know if the spots will come off or not. You can't really see the spots, but they are there -- the spots are not down to the metal. It could be that it just needs a coat of wax! If I had the space for this, I would keep it and have it for the kids to play with when they come to visit! It is quite heavy, and will take a large box to ship it -- shipping will be expensive!
