New old stock, unused, never been mounted on a license plate, no tool or witness marks on the mounting area. This is an original steel one, not a newly produced aluminum one. Cool design of the flag waving with pressed in texture. Measures approx 6 x 6 1/2 inches roughly. Condition is as photographed with wear as to be expected from age and knocking around for 75 years or so such as small scuffs, dings, light scratches, dirt spots, dust, etc etc. It is offered AS-IS and that means no returns for any reason whatsoever so please study all of the photos closely and make your own assessment of condition and to make sure that this item suits all of your needs as the pictures are part of the description and are of the actual item you will receive.
