Description: Full size 3x5 US Flag 100% Cotton made by Best with letter certifying it was flown over the US Capitol on October 21, 1996 at the behest of the Honorable Harris W. Fawell (1929-2021). He was a Republican from the 11th District of Illinois who served in the House of Representatives from 1985 to 1999. Not to make a joke but this flag was made in the USA! Cotton is a nice heavy weave with bright colors double stitched with embroidered stars and brass grommets. Certainly a flag that will be displayed with pride for many years.
