Vtg 70's HOCKEY GOALIE MASK Leather STRAPS Plate Painted Orange Black Horror

Description: This rare vintage ice street hockey goalie mask is a must-have for any Flyers , hockey or horror fan. Has a Jason Voorhees or Kane look. The painted orange design is perfect for Halloween horror display , costume or vintage hockey collectiondisplay . The leather straps and backplate are in tact, but are old and worn. I did have not undone the leather adjustable straps as they are old and need conditioned. There is a Philadelphia Flyers emblem on the top and the mask (not sure if that is original to the piece) and it appears to have been custom painted orange and black. There is wear and cosmetic imperfections consistent with age use and storage. Has the cloth straps riveted to the plastic back plate. I have done a light cleaning, but will leave the rest up to they buyer. Could be restored or used as is for display. Material is smooth hard plastic and from research does not appear to be fiberglass. Please see all photos and close ups to inspect condition and materials. There are no brand markings that I could find on it.. The back plate is marked made in Hing Kong. Definitely an old piece based on the construction, but no exact year could be determined. No cracks or breaks in the mask itself. There is wear to the Flyers logo and paint over spray and voids in spots.Repurpose or display as is this a a unique rare find!
