Description: VTG Artisan Dollhouse Miniature SANTA'S OFFICE Christmas Folding Present Room Box OOAK!! This is where the Santa magic happens! Santa sits in this office and creates his list on who is a good girl or boy! Fantastic one of a kind Santa in a folding gift box. When Christmas is over you fold it up, put the lid on and save for another holiday. This box was often changed out to look a little different each year so none of the items (except the window and swag) are glued down to the box itself. You would be able to add or subtract your own preferred miniatures or glue down miniatures you desire. The Santa desk and Santa chair do have items glued down and attached to them. Please see photos. About 80% of this miniature display is artisan made, including the present box, mostly in the later 1980s and 90s. The "wood" floor of the box does have some damage spots when items were adhered and removed. The box lid has been changed out a few times over the years to different designs.
