Description: This vintage Concho style overlay pendant / brooch is by Navajo artist LARRY BILL TOM possibly from the 1970s. Slightly convex, it is sterling silver with bezel set turquoise and coral stones. The safety clasp is missing the part that twirls around but the remaining C clasp is still secure as is. It measures 2 inches in diameter and weighs 23 grams. We have paired it with an unsigned handmade Navajo bench bead necklace (also known as Navajo Pearls) . It is 25 inches long, is made of unmarked sterling silver, is strung on sturdy chain and weighs 26 grams. The pendant has a hook and can be taken on and off the necklace easily. So. in effect, you are getting two Navajo pieces which can be used as is or as you choose. Total weight is 49 grams. Very nice condition all around except for the missing part of the pin clasp as noted.
