Description: Wheaton NJ Cobalt Blue Glass Inkwell Glass Bottle with Cork Octagon Vintage Excellent Condition with no chips or cracks. It came with the cork in it already, but I’m not sure if it actually goes with it. There is a flaw on it. See photo. It measures 2 1/2”H x 2 1/2”W at bottom and 3/4”W at top.
