Description: A ContouRecord 2600G measurement system was parted out (shown in last photo-FOR REFERENCE ONLY). The system was a was made from a partnership of Tokyo Seimitsu of Japan and Carl Zeiss of Germany. This is the base/measuring surface plate from that system. It has the cut out groove running from one end to the other for a "slide track" feature that the ContouRecord uses in is format of measuring. Use it for whatever surface plate purpose you have. Unsure it's grade. It was made by Zeiss so of course it was professionally made but since grade is not labeled on the surface plate, it is unknown. The system it was used with was last calibrated in 2018 by Zeiss (photo #2). Dimensions are: 23.5" x 12.5" x 3". Item is too heavy to safely ship via ground. Will be shipped on a small pallet. Request freight quote if desired. Will probably be $125-$250 depending on your distance from Minneapolis. Pickup from warehouse dock is always free.
